I shot Michael Sinterniklaas
So I haven’t really been doing much photography lately and I’m kind of bummed by it, so when Michael asked me to take his headshots for an upcoming audition I jumped at the opportunity. I have a new Canon 7D, and I really ought to be giving it more of a workout. To be honest, we got a late start and I was frustrated by the light that day. My normal spot was no good because a large van parked right in front of it, blocking all the good light. I moved over near it, but everything was coming out

iPhone? I Pre!!!!
Blah blah blah iPhone iPhone iPhone. Yes those are the words of one jealous they don’t have one, me. Or at least that was me. But I had a killer Sprint SERO plan, which means I got unlimited texts, data, free nights and weekends, nights starting at 7pm, free Sprint to Sprint all for $49.99. I couldn’t leave them for ATT&T.

Hello? Customer service?...It’s me Stephanie
It’s been nearly a week without a cell phone...and it looks like it’s going to now be much longer? How did I wind up in this predicament? I am yet another victim of the automized systemized modern world. Let me recap...
Sunday night, my phone suddenly decided to continually try to sync with my computer, even when not tethered. Ironically, whenever I had tried to sync to perform a backup in the past, it would refuse to do so, now it won’t stop.

I Do...
So I’ve shot a few weddings now as a second photographer and to those curious, I thought I’d share some thoughts. Simple, honest, true...
1) The cooler the couple is, the cooler the job. The couple’s personality sets the tone for the entire event and experience.
2) The prettier the couple is, the easier the job. I can make you look pretty darn good. But I can’t make you not look like you.

Anime Conventions
There’s a bunch of debate among the anime community about the growing trend of appearance fees for guests at a convention. Yes, I do have an appearance fee.
I think there’s something that some fans don’t always understand about us actors attending conventions...it’s work.
Now, that doesn’t mean that we don’t like our work, I mean acting is also work too. But the fact of the matter is that usually conventions start on a Friday, which means that we fly out on Thursday. And the convention ends
